Harper Connelly talks to dead hillbillies.
I actually enjoy this storyline, it is fast-paced, smoothly written and feels real. I am just easily distracted by trying to place the exact location of the action.
I'm afraid I am turning into one of the leaf people.

The Oxford Book of Modern Fairy Tales - Alison Lurie, ed.
A compendium of Fairy tales by known authors, published from the first half of the 19th century to the last quarter of the 20th. Been in my research reading stack for a while, slowly being picked at. Good reference material, some things encountered before, others not in most collections of either author or subject matter.
